The Youth Explorer Program provides young people ages 14-20 with hands-on experience in law enforcement. Explorers learn about career opportunities, participate in training exercises, and serve as volunteers at community events.
The program teaches leadership, teamwork, and discipline while giving participants a realistic view of careers in law enforcement.
